We’ve just launched these – Breaded Haddock Toppers. Two recipes:
We have a Breaded Haddock Leek & Broccoli Topper recipe; and, a Breaded Haddock Prawn & Mushroom Topper one.
In more detail:
LEEK & BROCCOLI TOPPER: A skinless & boneless fillet of Haddock in a three way cooked breadcrumb topped with a rich sauce of Broccoli, Leeks & Cheddar.
PRAWN & MUSHROOM TOPPER: A skinless & boneless fillet of Haddock in a three way cooked breadcrumb, topped with a rich sauce of: Prawns, Mushrooms, Onion and Cheddar.
FEATURES & BENEFITS
> Skinless and boneless fillet of North Atlantic Haddock
> Topped with a rich sauces
> 3 way cook crispy breadcrumb coating
> Cook from frozen in the oven or deep fry
6 x 225g Fillet Portions
From frozen: Oven – Place on a greased baking tray and put in the oven preheated to 200C. Cook for approx 30-35mins.
Grill – Cook for 15-20 mins under a hot grill turning every 4-5 mins
Deep fry – Preheat the oil to 180c and cook for 6-8 mins.
Ensure the product is properly cooked before serving.
