We have a Smoked Haddock & Spring Onion recipe; and, a Cod, Leek & Wholegrain Mustard one. In more detail:
SMOKED HADDOCK FISHCAKE: Smoked haddock pieces with potato and spring onion with a Cheddar melt middle, all enrobed in a crispy natural breadcrumb.
COD FISHCAKE: Cod pieces with potato, leeks and wholegrain mustard, with a Cheddar melt middle, all enrobed in a crispy natural breadcrumb.

12 x 150g Fishcakes
From Frozen: Oven bake – Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180`C and cook for 30 mins. Shallow fry – fry gently over a medium heat for approx 10mins turning every 2-3 mins.
